EE need more information

Good afternoon, I have upgraded my sim only plan and received a confirmation email however I have now received an email that they need more information from me. Is there any indication what this could be? I have been an EE customer for over 11 years. Is there anyway I can provide information or speak to someone in another way other than phone regarding this matter? From what I have read if you have received an order number then it should have been successful.

@TallulahTea , you will have to ring customer service to find out what information they may need, we would have no knowledge here, there is no account access in the forums.
Can you actually check via My EE App or the website and check track my order, you can also click on help at the top of this page and click on track my order and put the order number in.
