New Sim Works In Old Phone but not in New Phone

New sim activated and tried in new phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max), no signal showing. I restarted the phone multiple times, tried restoring network settings like was suggested on another thread, and it still didn't work. I switched the new sim back into my old phone (iPhone 8 plus) and it worked instantly. Help please!

Did you get the new phone through EE directly?

 

Have you tried a factory reset of the new phone?

Has the new iPhone somehow been set for an eSim rather than a physical SIM, check in Settings.
