Top up online isn't working

No matter what I try I cannot get the online top-up to work for my pay-as-you account. I complete all of the stages with £10 but then at stage 3 I am told 'payment successful' but with '£N/A'.  Does anyone know what I am doing wrong??!?

What is the charge for itemised billing? Is it charged per number on the account or does one charge cover all numbers?

Personal hotspot not showing as an option on iphone

I had a iPhone 6plus which had the option for personal hotspot. I upgraded to a new 8 plus and it does not have the personal hotspot option. How can I add this. I am on unlimited data SIM only. Thanks

Delivery

I paid off my contract and upgraded on Friday and it said everything is running as usual but my payment still hasn't been taken out and I've not had a delivery date just says order confirmed even though it said next day delivery before I ordered it
