Free phone case with apple 12 phone

Hi.  Received my new phone a week ago and not seen any emails or texts re my free phone case that I get with the insurance.  When I click on add ons nothing is showing? Not even the insurance policy so a tad confused.  Thank you. 

Switch from contract to PAYG

I terminated my monthly contract and EE closed my account. Now I want to use the phone with PAYG. I cannot rejoin the dormant account, so the sim isn’t activated and I can’t pay for the pack. it’s a bit frustrating.

Clash of features?

What cordless phone can I add? I have just bought a landline with answerphone and call blocking. What happens if I now buy (for another room) a cordless phone also with answerphone and call blocking?

I have bought a pay as you go sim from an ee shop for an electric gate system but the number is not registered on the network.  Can I do this online?

Are Swappables now no longer Swappable

I have noticed since swappables became "Smart Benefit" I no longer have the option to change my swappable. It is set to BT Sport (previous selection) and everything else is greyed out and can not be selected
