Switch from contract to PAYG

I terminated my monthly contract and EE closed my account. Now I want to use the phone with PAYG. I cannot rejoin the dormant account, so the sim isn’t activated and I can’t pay for the pack.
it’s a bit frustrating.

@Elaine121  You should of requested your Sim be changed to a pay-as-you-go. Terminating a contract doesn’t change it to pay-as-you-go automatically.

You need to request a PAYG SIM card this will give you a new phone number and you’ll need to setup a new account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve got a new sim which I ordered online.
can you advise how I can set up a new account when my details (email, name, address) remain the same?

By getting CS to delete your old a/c with that email addy. Then create new a/c afresh.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
