Hi. Received my new phone a week ago and not seen any emails or texts re my free phone case that I get with the insurance. When I click on add ons nothing is showing? Not even the insurance policy so a tad confused. Thank you.
@Tmanderson if it’s not showing in add-ons that you have insurance than you don’t have insurance, I recommend you call customer services so you can add insurance.
