Upgrade anytime

I'm on an iPhone 12 pro smart plan with upgrade anytime but this time there is no option to upgrade with the fees on my account. It only says I can early upgrade by paying of the phone. Has upgrade anytime been removed??

My bill

Hi, my bill for last month was taken out my bank last night (£20) but when I went back into my online banking this morning they have put that money back into my bank. Can you tell me why this has happened please.
