My bill

Hi, my bill for last month was taken out my bank last night (£20) but when I went back into my online banking this morning they have put that money back into my bank. Can you tell me why this has happened please.

Hi @Ambercaitlin ,

 

Unless you see both a debit line and I credit line, I suspect you are just waiting for the debit to register in your bank account.

 

Recently I've noticed that I've been notified of bills being paid by Direct Debit roughly two to three days before the corresponding debit shows in my account.

 

Hopefully all will be normal in a few days. Good luck!
