LMAO, EE need to stop giving this information as its false. You don't know when you are getting them in.The estimates keep changing all the time. ordered mine on 27th August when it said estimated dispatch in 7 days. Guess what its now 17th September...

Ending contract and moving out

My plan ends nearly one year ago, meanwhile I moved to Germany. I’m wondering if I can end my contract and move to any German operator and how to do this ? Should I contact with someone or just  turn off my direct debit?

Hi there, I'm having the same problem, I ordered that phone Sunday the 4th September and still heard nothing. I have rang several times and all they can tell me is that they have no stock, that they don't know when they will get more in.

Netflix Activation Code

How long does it typically take for the Netflix Activation code to be sent? Added Netflix as Smart Benefit yesterday or Tuesday and is showing as Active. SIM card only arrived today but have had no text messages re: Netflix so far.......
