Ending contract and moving out

My plan ends nearly one year ago, meanwhile I moved to Germany.
I’m wondering if I can end my contract and move to any German operator and how to do this ? Should I contact with someone or just  turn off my direct debit?970B2B45-0FA9-46A2-B6E4-2382EC84B707.jpeg

HI @PiotrekOo

Welcome to the EE community

EE mobile contracts are not fixed-term contracts that just end, they are rolling contracts that continue until you explicitly change or cancel them, and just come with a minimum term.

You can't move your UK number to a German network, but if you're outside your minimum term then can give 30days notice to EE to disconnect your line and cancel your contract. You'll need to call or write to EE C/S, to do this - 150 may work from within the EU, otherwise use the international number +44 7953 966250.

Cancelling your direct debit will not serve to cancel your contract.

@PiotrekOo  You need to call customer services and give notice.  You’ll need to setup a new contract with a German network as you can not move your number to that network.  The normal way to change networks isn’t an option for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You will need your device unlocked from EE to use a German SIM.
