So I decided to upgrade my S20 on 7th September early for the S21 on Samsung trade in.
I now have the returns pack for which old phone needs to be back by 29th September. Currently I have no date when the new device will be delivered due to current shortages will this be taken note off otherwise I will get additional charges.
Anyone have same issues??

Yes, Ordered on the 3rd and my S20 needs to be returned on the 25th.

Hopefully if its through EE they take into consideration that there are delays in distributing the devices.
I've recently upgraded through BT (which involved moving to EE) so hoping to receive my new device before my contract with BT comes to a end next week 😐

If you haven't received your phone by the date on the trade in information, please have a chat with our Mobile Care team who'll do their best to make sure no charges go on.
You won't have to return your old device until your new one arrives.
