As the title suggests, a couple of days ago I decided to convert to an eSIM so that I could put my work sim in my phone as well. All went as it should. Just checked MyEE and where it showed my annual upgrade date the other day, now it only shows my normal upgrade date of November next year?
I will be calling EE tomorrow but wanted to see if this happened to anyone else

Can you text UP to 150, does this show your annual upgrade information?

Yes it does, but when I go to myEE and sign in it says sorry but you are unable to upgrade at this time

If this is not showing in your My EE account, please get in touch with our Mobile Care team they can get this looked into and if needed raise a support ticket for your My EE account.
