I ordered my upgrade of iPhone 12 purple 64gb on Monday 28th July 2021. I received the confirmation email but have had no updates or correspondence since. Can I have some assistance as to when my order may arrive? When I log into my account, it comes up saying I’m eligible for upgrade as if I haven’t already gone through the upgrade process! Please help

@RebeccaC2 You’ll not get anything until the device has been shipped you’ll then get a tracking number. Customer services might be able to give you more information.

I've checked and the phone is in stock at the moment. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 to check your order.

@RebeccaC2 How long did it take for your phone to arrive? I ordered mine, the same as yours two days ago and it’s still just saying order confirmed 😩
