Why did I pay a one-off £100 extra charge on my phone bill this month?

@Jimmyludlow  You’ll have to call and speak with customer service about that if you don’t know what it was for.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
