New phone

I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max on the 12th of December and haven’t heard anything about when my new phone is going to be in my tracking to my order confirmation it only says order confirmed

Resolved! Not received my trade in pack

I upgraded my phone ordered on the 19th September and traded in my old phone.  I still haven’t received my envelope to send my old phone back and don’t want get charged for not sending back ?

Upgrade

I have been trying all day to upgrade. Says i am eligible, lets me choose the phone and plan, then just freezes and will not let me continue. I was hoping to get the phone before christmas. Is this just me or a site fault??
