Upgrade

Just payed £50 to upgrade to new phone,money left my account instantly but timed out notice came up EE web page at checkout,logged back into my EE account but no notification or new phone added to my account.

Websites not loading

Content control is fully open to all websites but some sites still won't load. Some underwear websites. Searched all settings and tried everything I can find but nothing works. Help? 

Billed full amount
