Hi, any idea of a time scale on delivery of my phone, I upgraded on 7th Oct and the tracking just keeps saying back order confirmed. Cheers.

Simple answer is no. Your device maybe in a shipping container waiting to be unloaded or in EE warehouse. You need to keep checking the tracker.

 

When your order is due to be delivered you'll receive a text from DPD.
