Invoice on upgrade

I am trying to claim the free galaxy buds from samsungthey have requested an invoice number, but i did not get an invoice from EE when i did the upgrade online, how can i get this? 

PAC and NCK code

Hi,I am moving to a new network and have obtained PAC code from EE.However when inserting new sim it is asking for phone NCK which can only contain numbers (PAC contains letters too), so I am unsure where to find this. Any advice?Thanks
