Hi,
I am moving to a new network and have obtained PAC code from EE.
However when inserting new sim it is asking for phone NCK which can only contain numbers (PAC contains letters too), so I am unsure where to find this. Any advice?
Thanks

PAC = a porting code so you can move your mobile no. to another network.
NCK = an unlocking code so you can use your device on another network.
Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Was it originally on contract or PAYG? How old is it? EE won't unlock contract devices less than 6 months old.
