EE perk registration error

im trying to apply for the ee perks, everytime i fill in the form and press submit im given the same error message, ive tried using different phones on different networks/isp and also tried to complete on pc but still happens. ive uploaded the error message for reference

i noticed the image might not be viewable so the message states

'If this issue persists please check that your internet settings allow 3rd Party Cookies'

 

ive already tried everything to allow the site on 2 separate browsers and nothing works

Are you getting this error when you're trying to sign up to EE Perk?

 

Can you try logging in using the details you tried to sign up with and let us know if this works?

Get the same message about 3rd party 

Oh and yes I'm trying to sign up.

Are you able to check your internet and cookie settings to make sure there is nothing that could be blocking this page?

@Jon_K checked on pc and phone, I allowed everything in the settings and I'm still getting the same message

Are you using a VPN or any browser extensions?

@James_B nope neither. Just tried bog standard chrome browser of phone and IE and chrome on pc
