I cannot access my PERK account - when I do I get the following

 

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED
Your account has been deactivated as your registration
was not completed within the allowed time frame.

 

Can someone from perk review this & give direction to reactivating the account - if I try to re-register it tells me the work email is already in use and wont allow me set up a new account.

No, Once you have selected the preferences tab in your settings, you need to select Private Messenger from the drop down menu.

 

Does that help?

theres something I'm missing - when I hit preferences there is NO personal messenger in any drop down tab. 

Give us a clue - drop down menu found under?????

 

or called ??????

 

on the right/left/top/ bottom????/

 

Any clue at all because I don't see it & nether does anyone else in the house
