I have an old phone I wasn't to get a pay as you go sim card for. This will only be used for emergencies by my daughter so I don't want a bundle just a good old fashioned pay as you go sim card.
I phoned up customer services and was assured I could do this online but I've been trying for some time and I can't see how? I just keep getting asked to select a bundle.
Help please

@SamF87 When you get the sim you need to send a text saying STOP PACK to 150 this will then be a normal PAYG sim without using packs. You’ll get no data allowance with this though and all calls/texts will come from the credit that’s been put on the account via topping up. You just need to choose a sim/pack first so a sim will be posted to you and customer services of helped you with this when you called.

To save the SIM going into hibernation due to lack of use, just remember within every 179 days (~ 6 months) to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from any Pack or Add-on you might have.
