I’ve been told by an EE advisor that my phone signal isn’t very good as I was on an old contract. I was very dubious that this had any effect. He assured me it was true. I have been told that there is a problem with one of the Braintree masts. Basically I’ve signed up to 3 new contracts on false pretence. He also told me if I go to a third party I would have slower speeds. My main problem is poor phone calls is the house.
How can an advisor completely lie just to keep a contract. I’ve been with EE for 20+ years this maybe the end.

Hi @Lumpy6885
There can sometimes be an element of truth in this claim where MVNO "piggyback" operators, and PAYG, is concerned. These types of user historically did not get access to the "extended range" 800Mhz coverage and may have speed-caps imposed in some cases.
This situation is in the process of changing, but can still apply. Certainly an EE pay-monthly service will be the same regardless of which retailer/dealer you buy it from.
It may be worth checking that the "old contract" that you've referred to, isn't an Orange-branded plan - this wouldn't have access to EE's 4G network which you would gain by upgrading to an EE plan.
