I have connected a new router but when trying to connect the wifi plus it just flashes orange but does nothing else. Please help.

G4 box WiFi green but no internet ?!

Got the G4 box its always worked suddenly today I’ve got no internet . Yet box is green all round. I’ve switch on off not helped. WiFi says on internet shows on but it’s not?! Help! Bills paid too so not that.
