5G EE Router loss of speed

Upgrade

My contract is up on 31st November. I used to have the option to early upgrade but now says I am not eligible for upgrade at all. If I text up to 150 all I get back is we are unable to process your request.  No debt on the account

First Bill Ready Day 2

Just joined EE and was amazed to see my first bill (for a full month charges) was ready less than 12 hours after receiving the handset! Is that right? Never been charged that quickly with any other service I've signed up with in my life lol
