Resolved! Upgrade - New SIM Activated?

I received my upgraded phone & new SIM. I have put the new SIM in, but I don't think it's activated as I wasn't asked for my phone number or a PIN number? No indication that anything has changed on the phone?

Texts 150

Hi when i try and turn voicemail off by texting 150 it keeps saying Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later. 

Refund PAYG

EE tried refunding one of the double payment in to my accounts and it only ever refund 0.2 pence. Called multiple times and 2nd refund is still 0.2 pence. Now my subscription is not renewing because no credits on my account. Please can someone help w...

Resolved! Trade in old device

I want to give my iPad to a family member, will resetting the iPad clear my fingerprint and password. Also do I need to reset any devices I want to trade in to EE before I send it to them.

Resolved! Upgrade fee and credit to account

I paid the £100 upgrade fee and was told this was going to be added to my account as credit, I paid the full amount last month plus extra charges, I’ve obviously had my new bill for this month but I can’t seem to use the credit on my account?does any...
