I am missing part of my order

Hi, I order new iPhone upgrade, received the phone but missing the case & screen protector. How do `I get this part sent to me?

@draget  You’ll need to call customer services as it should of been sent out at the same time.   

@Chris_B  that doesn't help me. I call customer services and there is no option to speak to someone about missing items of an order. What selection do I use because at the moment EE have my money and have not sent the items.

If you follow the options to speak to our Mobile Billing team, they will be able to help you with this further.

 

Don't worry if you select the incorrect option, you will be transferred to the correct department.
