Hi
I placed an order yesterday as part of the Xbox before Christmas deal, and have received my order number, however I can’t seem to view any information about the order, and get the message “Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.”
can I get information on when I can view order information and expected delivery date?

We can only provide tracking for orders that include a pay monthly device.
Did you purchase the 24 month Xbox gaming bundle?
