Upgrade fee and credit to account

I paid the £100 upgrade fee and was told this was going to be added to my account as credit, I paid the full amount last month plus extra charges, I’ve obviously had my new bill for this month but I can’t seem to use the credit on my account?

does anyone know how I do this? I’ve been left with hardly any money this month from work from family issues and that £100 credit would really come in handy during this time so if anyone has any tips, please tell me 🙏🏼

@georgianevee26  If you have credit on your account this will go towards your next bill and so on until used up. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
