I’ve called and called and never spoken to anyone. Bank has the payment pending and you don’t answer the phone to resolve this. Care to help as so far your customer service does not reflect your lofty claims. Patience is running thin with you and will be looking elsewhere soon.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Steve-10 ,

Welcome to the community forum where customers such as ourselves can discuss things.

What does ”Bank has the payment pending” mean here?

@mikeliuk : It means the payment is shown on OP's bank statement as "Pending" meaning that the payment hasn't yet been cleared/completed, like this:

Date processed        Description                                                       Amount
Pending                     PAYPAL *EBAY UK ############ GBR      ££££££££.pp
So it won't yet have been debited against his a/c.

From his redacted image EE is asking him to phone in & provide some further info, before his order can be completed.

It's a bit like when you hand over your credit/debit card to the barmaid to run up a bar tab, They make a reservation against it but don't take the money until you really complete payment.

@Steve-10 : You really need to call EE & answer their Qs if you want this order.

Thanks very much for the response.

I’ve tried in several occasions and there is absolutely no answer. Three times on the phone, 30 mins at a time and never getting through. It’s frustrating and poor service that is really causing an issue.

Care to respond EE??
