Hello. Right now I’m really starting to get annoyed trying to get the Xbox series x and pritty much everyone else is to but I’m writing this post that it’s starting to be a joke now trying to register for an Xbox series x and I get no reply no email no call or anything what’s soo ever registered 2 months ago going on 3 and still nothing. Now I’ve been with EE for a long time I’m a loyal customer but when it comes to the Xbox series x I get nothing back. I’m honestly starting to lose faith in this like the time I get a Xbox series x the next gen will be out at this rate lol 😂 EE HELP ME OUT PLEASE 😂

Please stop. They clearly have terrible mess with the add to plan or upgrades.
I have been waiting two months for iPhone 12 max as well.
it shouldn’t matter what preferences you set. They should still send the email regardless or where’s the point signing up? 🙃

I know see I think other people would be happy if they got a email saying yes you been accepted or even an email saying sorry but your not eligible cause no hearing a word about what your trying to take out with the company is just annoying 😂

I paid the upfront £10 for the Xbox series S got the order number called EE the next day and apparently my order was cancelled..👍🏾 Haven’t heard or seen any news after that..

@Goken1 same thing happened to me, shows as in stock but when you order they take the £10 then cancel the order, it gets refunded on your next bill they wouldn't refund to my card.
I called support and apparently there is no stock even though the site says in stock.
You're better off buying one elsewhere as their site is broken.
