I have upgraded my device via the web app this evening. The order completed and an order number was given etc. It said to wait on updates via text message, however, I have not had any form of confirmation via email/text. How long does this usually take to arrive? How do I know my order is confirmed and being processed?

@Laurabeth0810 Have you looked in your spam folder in case it’s ended up there. The next email you should receive will be a “We’ll deliver your EE parcel”. And that’s once a device has been allocated to you.
