Hello. Right now I’m really starting to get annoyed trying to get the Xbox series x and pritty much everyone else is to but I’m writing this post that it’s starting to be a joke now trying to register for an Xbox series x and I get no reply no email no call or anything what’s soo ever registered 2 months ago going on 3 and still nothing. Now I’ve been with EE for a long time I’m a loyal customer but when it comes to the Xbox series x I get nothing back. I’m honestly starting to lose faith in this like the time I get a Xbox series x the next gen will be out at this rate lol 😂 EE HELP ME OUT PLEASE 😂

@Lewisovenstone Just like everyone else who is trying to get this through EE you’ll not get peripheral treatment over anybody else just because of the time spent with the company. The best thing you can do is check first thing in the morning each and everyday and when ever you can in the day.

yeah. I’ve been looking at the site every morning and night to see if it’s been updated bit I’ve been doing that for 2-3 months now. it would be great if I had a email saying that they received my register and will be back in contact when there in stock

Hi @Lewisovenstone.
If you've registered your interest on our Coming Soon page, you'll be amongst the first to know when this is back in stock.

@Jon_K Unfortunately I don't believe that's the case. I've registered my interest several times and so has my partner. Each time we have missed out on stock and we never got any notifications by mail or phone.
Looking at previous posts and twitter a number of people have the same experience.
Then you have another issue with the Series S. It says in stock on my profile, I ordered one, funds where taken off, got an email next day saying it's on the way and then nothing.
I called up only to be told there was no Series S stock and I was in a queue to receive one when you get it, I was also told you did have 200 stock of the Series X and I should just order one of those but they show as out of stock. I asked them to double check as I believed they had it backwards but the team lead confirmed the same.
Your systems either do not work or are not capable of handling so much demand.

I'm sorry to hear this happened, @Groovyson.
If you've registered your interest, you should be notified of new stock.
Can you check your junk/spam folders to make sure any emails didn't go there?
Jon

@Jon_K Nope not in junk, I checked our Exchange Online logs as well and can confirm nothing came in from EE to any of our mailboxes.
Have little to no faith that this will change with the next batch so just randomly check every now and then, don't have the time to sit and refresh a site when your email alerts don't work.

@Groovyson I was the same I put my register in on January 12th and there was a stock on the 5th of February and I missed that stock and now waiting on the next batch but my friend put his register n at the same time and he got his email but there is still no emails I’ve received yet to let me know about a restock or even letting me know about Being accepted for the series x.
@Jon_K you’s should have a system to let us know what number in a queue we are waiting cause it would be better for everyone to even know the time they will have to wait.

Hi @Lewisovenstone,
We sent a text message to customers on Feb 3rd, to let them know of available stock. This was sent to customers who registered their interest in Xbox, are eligible for Add to Plan and have marketing permissions confirmed on their EE account.
If you are not eligible for Add to Plan at this time or have opted out of marketing permissions, either generally or for SMS, you won’t have been sent a message.
You can find out about Add to Plan eligibility here: shop.ee.co.uk/add-to-plan#existing

It will only notify you if you are eligible for the add to plan.
Are you on Pay Monthly?
Do you have at least 17 months left on your contract?
It doesn't matter fi you did when you registered it's not down to EE to honour this if you tried to buy during this eligibility as the stock levels are scarce due to microsoft not being able to manufacturer enough due to shortages in components due to the global pandemic
