Hello. Right now I’m really starting to get annoyed trying to get the Xbox series x and pritty much everyone else is to but I’m writing this post that it’s starting to be a joke now trying to register for an Xbox series x and I get no reply no email no call or anything what’s soo ever registered 2 months ago going on 3 and still nothing. Now I’ve been with EE for a long time I’m a loyal customer but when it comes to the Xbox series x I get nothing back. I’m honestly starting to lose faith in this like the time I get a Xbox series x the next gen will be out at this rate lol 😂 EE HELP ME OUT PLEASE 😂

@BrendonH I have several contracts all eligible to add the series x to plan, never received notifications for any of them and all my numbers are registered.

It's almost like ee is targeting new customers fort that extra £££

Your conspiracy theory doesn't add up. The cost si the same to a new customer or you an existing customer.

They won't reduce the price of the add to plan for anyone or make them a different price for others.

Have you opted for no marketing when you signed up to EE or within your MyEE account? If so this would stop the emails/texts coming. It doesn't matter if you since signed up.

You need to opt for marketing texts/email from EE

@BrendonH of course it adds up, an existing customer only pays the £45 add to plan fee, they've already paying the contract fee if they add to plan or not. A new customer would have to take a mobile contract + the £45 so of course its more money.

If someone just wanted to buy a xbox they wouldn't sign up to EE contract.

They can get an Xbox Series X and Ultimate Gaming Pass for £28.99 a month through Game or Smyths toys.

@BrendonH you're not serious are you, have you tried getting stock.

At the end of the day with the stock shortage it would benefit ee more locking new customers into a contract then prioritising existing customers. I'm not saying that is the case but it is true.

They aren't prioritising anyone.

They are in short supply with a big demand.

This means you have to be quick.

No one is getting special treatment.

@BrendonH except if the notifications are not sent to existing customers when they register interest then it means we are forced to rely on twitter posts which tend to be a bit behind and I also prefer not to use twitter hence registering my interest.

So why waste peoples time registering interest, rather just remove that and tell people follow us on twitter.

At the end of the day EE has asked us to register our interest to be notified when it's in stock and that is not working for a lot of people. This is my issue with EE.

Hi @Groovyson,

We sent a text message to customers on Feb 3rd, to let them know of available stock. This was sent to customers who registered their interest in Xbox, are eligible for Add to Plan and have marketing permissions confirmed on their EE account.

If you are not eligible for Add to Plan at this time or have opted out of marketing permissions, either generally or for SMS, you won’t have been sent a message.

You can find out about Add to Plan eligibility here: shop.ee.co.uk/add-to-plan#existing

@James_B  already answered those points above.

I am eligible, have registered my interest and marketing is enabled. I recieved nothing unfortunatly.

I already spoke with your call center as well as my account says the series S is in stock and I placed an order, EE took the £10 and I got an email saying it was on the way but never arrived. Call center explained there was in fact no stock and they did not understand what was happening.

Just saying something happened repeatedly doesn't make it so unfortunatly, the world would be a very different place if that was the case x)

@BrendonH

Yes I’m still in my 17 months contract and I phoned up about my eligibility and they said I’m eligible to add to plan
