Hi I bought my phone a week ago the Samsung a52s only upgraded for the xbox . I was told I would receive a text within 5 days about the xbox but had nothing I payed the £30 in store , could anybody shed some light whats happening ? Thanks

You will need to call EE CS on 150 if you've not received any text.
However given the ongoing manufacturing, supply chain and shipping issues there maybe no stock.

Hi will do , if there's no stock does that mean I won't get the xbox ? Or will they send it when it's back In stock ? As I'll be looking to cancel the contract if I haven't heard anything before end of week . Thanks

Your Xbox Series S will be delivered 15-30 days after you purchased your phone. If you still haven't received your confirmation text, please get in touch with Customer Care.
