Its been 5 days now and ive still had no text , when i phoned customer services they said it could take till mid december for the text

Can anybody confirm whether the information from the text is sent out by email or available on the app as well? 

The phone I bought is a Christmas present for my son so is obviously not switched on all the time. 

 

The xbox is a Christmas present for my other son so I'm really keen not to miss the text and for it to not arrive in time.

Hi, I also ordered an A52S on the 17th November and paid the upfront £30...But have received no SMS???.....I am now very concerned!

We've identified a small number of customers who are eligible for the Xbox Series S Tech bundle, but haven't received a confirmation text within five days of purchase. We're in the process of contacting those affected, and all customers should receive a text before the end of this week. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
