Can anybody confirm whether the information from the text is sent out by email or available on the app as well?
The phone I bought is a Christmas present for my son so is obviously not switched on all the time.
The xbox is a Christmas present for my other son so I'm really keen not to miss the text and for it to not arrive in time.

Hi, I also ordered an A52S on the 17th November and paid the upfront £30...But have received no SMS???.....I am now very concerned!

We've identified a small number of customers who are eligible for the Xbox Series S Tech bundle, but haven't received a confirmation text within five days of purchase. I ordered a oppo phone online and payed my £30 upfront fee but still had no text or update on my free Xbox and I'm not happy as it's the main reason I took out the contract please contact me ee
