 Hi, 

 

I went into my local EE store today and upgraded my plan to one of the handsets eligible with the xbox series s deal. I was told by the advisor that I need to claim this using the imei number before 10.30pm but I didn't get any details on how to do this. Any advice?

We’ll send an SMS with your T&Cs within 5 working days of your purchase.

 

Xbox Series S will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemption will be sent by SMS to your device within 5 days of your Xbox Series S being dispatched.
