- I upgraded my contract on the 24th of November and got the deal with the x box series s and I received a message yesterday saying it will be delivered but I never received and when I go on tracking it is saying it is at the Stoke depot could you help me solve this problem please

Welcome to the community forum.
I would suggest getting in touch customer service who will be able to advise further. The Xbox will be sent to you 15-30 days after you receive the handset.

It sounds like your Xbox is at your local DPD depot, awaiting a delivery slot. Please keep checking DPD tracking for updates.
