Refund of upfront cost

Hi I was told by an agent I’d receive a refund for my upfront cost, it’s now been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received a refund and cannot get in contact with ee anyone know how to help as I’m not a EE customer

Have you checked with your bank to see if the refund is pending?
