Like the title says, BT sport suddenly claimed I couldn’t watch anything because I have BT Sport Lite. I pay for big screen access through EE so not sure why this has happened.
BT refuse to help as they say I’m not a customer and EE say everything looks fine to them and it should resolve after a month!
Any tips on how to fix this quickly. We have a family member playing in a game at the weekend and isolating so this is our only way to watch the game!!!

I'm having exactly the same issue. BT Sport clearly states that it doesn't sell different subscriptions (BT Sport Lite vs BT Sport Pack) so can only assume this is an error somewhere.
BT Sport were no help at all - saying we need to talk to EE. EE have told us that everything looks fine but they'll look into it and get back to us in (or maybe within) a month. We got a text to say that we'll get a call on Christmas Day!
Very frustrating as we have a family member playing in a rugby game at the weekend, we're currently isolating so can't go to the pub, this is out only way to watch it!!!

Hi, I’ve tried to log into BT sports on my smart TV and am getting directed to
https;//ee.co.uk//why-EME/bt-sport on my Samsung smart to however that url no longer exists. How do I get bit sports on my to as part of my ee contract?
