Wrong phone showing on app

On my plan on my EE app and on the website it is showing that the phone on my plan is an iPhone 4 but my phone is a galaxy s10+?

Welcome to the community.

 

Have you previously had an iPhone 4 with us? Have you upgraded recently?

 

Your app/account is supposed to automatically update with the new device shortly after upgrading.

I haven't upgraded a phone with you nor have I ever had an iPhone 4

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check how your device is showing from our side.
