I tried to upgrade my phone but couldn't due to your t &c's , i am due a £130 refund - this was over 3 days ago ? - it seems to not be on my bank details but on my paypal as pending , I would like this resolved asap as you wont let me upgrade and now i don't have my money either.

@Ruthf-27  If you got it pending in your PayPal account then you’ll have to wait till it clears with PayPal.   This has nothing to do with EE as you have been refunded. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I didn't think EE accepted PayPal as a payment method & therefore would not refund to PayPal. Are you sure this PayPal pending is on EE?

A refund request would usually take up to ten working days.

Hi, @Jon_K 

ive spoken to ee as it's a pending transaction there is nothing the bank or ee can do apparently it'll just come back into my bank. I just wanted to know how long as this happened 5 days ago

It can depend on what the refund is for, @Annatriggxx.

 

What was the transaction? Did you pay for something that you cancelled?
