Wrong phone on record

I'm trying to upgrade from the S20 to the S21 ultra, I'm hoping to trade in my current phone. The website says this is possible and I have looked into upgrading however the phone that EE has on record is a Pixel 3. I got the pixel 3 three years ago, one year ago I upgraded in store to the S20 however it still shows the Pixel 3 on my account. Therefore when I try to upgrade it asks to trade in a Pixel 3 instead of an S20, I still have the Pixel 3 but this doesn't sound correct

I'd recommend giving our Upgrades Team a call so they can look into this for you.

 

They will be able to access your account and check what is going on.
