Wrong data showing

Hi

I bought 160gb plan sim only but only showing 80gb..been 3 days now

All add ons applied

I'm having this issue too. Got a new phone yesterday and was told it was a 10gb plan but it's only showing my allowance as 5gb in the my ee app

@NigeDakin ( @Katie010597 😞 Look in your Extras & Add-ons for the missing 80GB (5GB). If it's not there, it's just a mistake by EE. It's happened to many new data plans. You will need to speak to CS to get it corrected.

If you log into your My EE app, and select add-ons, do you have any extra data add-ons showing? 

 

If not, can you visit add-on.ee.co.uk, how much data is showing?
