Will my pre ordered s21 ultra arrive on release day?

Current info on the my order section, as no proposed date. So was just wondering if the general basis is that you would normally receive it on release date, rather than it being dispatched on release date...?! I know its gonna be down to stock levels etc and its prob not guaranteed, just wanting clarification of what was the norm lol

I just spoke to someone on the phone and I'm not overly impressed. I was told when I pre ordered last week that it would be dispatched so it would arrive on release day (tomorrow).

The agent I just spoke to, was as helpful as he could be, said that they are being dispatched in order of pre order (I could only pre order mine last week due to my upgrade date) and that they won't be dispatched until nearly 2 weeks.

Not overly impressed, i'll be honest.

It's too early to say your phone won't be delivered tomorrow. Dispatch confirmations are sent out up until 8pm the day before delivery.

You'll get a text from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Hi James,

I do appreciate that, I'm just repeating what I've been told by EE. So I'm not sure what that means moving forward, I can hope but it's still not great to think I went to all the effort to upgrade with a promised delivery for release day and I may not get it.
