I don't understand why EE use DPD as a delivery service, DPD is literally a scam delivery service with drivers that will deliberately fail to deliver your parcel. Today will be their third attempt at delivering my sim card that I ordered last week, they always just take a picture of my house and then leave without knocking - if they do it again today then it will cancel my order with EE. if that happens, I'll have no choice but to leave EE and find another company who doesn't use such a terrible delivery service.
This happens to hundreds of people on a daily basis - just a quick check over their reviews and so many people have had the exact same experience as me.
Anyone else experienced their service when ordering from here?

DPD are a scam delivery company, twice now they have stood outside of my house, taken a picture and then left without even knocking! I can't continue with EE if I never get my packages, so for heavens sake please change your delivery service!

DPD are better than many of the other companies, DHL, Yodel, Hermes, UPS are all lazy delivering, i guess it depends who your local drivers are so it varies in most places.

I wouldn't say scam , sounds like you have a very lazy driver, they happen now and again... with all delivery companies..

Hi @VICKY_93,
Was it just a SIM card you ordered? Our SIM packs are usually delivered by Royal Mail and don't require a signature.

hey, yeah it was just a sim card - it said it would be delivered through royal mail but then got a text saying it was now though dpd. They've finally come to the right address this time after the third attempt.
