Ordered upgrade issue with photo id.

  • I have just ordered an upgrade online and had an email stating it was on the way, however I also noticed it says the delivery driver will require photo ID of either a passport or drivers licence. I do have a passport but the date is expired, although it still has my name and the picture obviously still looks like me, and I don't have a license. I don't have anyone else in the house who can accept it as the only other person with my name is my wife but she also doesn't drive and has an out of date passport. The only other form of photo ID I have is my biometric residence permit card which has my name and photo and is in date, according to the UK government website it says that they can be used as a form of photo ID as they are government issued. Will this be accepted though or does it matter that my passport is out of date even though you can still tell its my picture and name?

Hi @Timbryant

I hope you're well and having a nice weekend, are you up to much or just having a chilled one?

This should be fine for your ID 😊

Thanks

Chris
