Wifi calling not working on 11 pro and Bt broadband

I don’t know if I am connected to my Bt broadband full fibre for WiFi calling, my works phone shows a WiFi calling banner on the top left of the screen

No it’s still doesn’t show any WiFi calling banner which my works phone does

I didn’t it did that when I was typing the question into the box so the issue still remains, maybe you could help

On the phone WiFi settings does it show you are connected to your home broadband?

I have a full WiFi signal showing on the Home Screen, WiFi calling enabled volte is off

And do you have full mobile signal as well?
