Upgrade Page Error

Whenever I try to upgrade, the page it loads states this message "Sorry! There was a problem while trying to display the page." Then sends me back to the home page. My device is eligible for an upgrade. Any Ideas?

S21+ 5G - Trade in for the Z Fold 3
