I don’t know if I am connected to my Bt broadband full fibre for WiFi calling, my works phone shows a WiFi calling banner on the top left of the screen

I guess the phone is not choosing the WiFi calling option as it is detecting a mobile signal.
I did see a suggestion somewhere on here to get it to kick in switch the phone to Airplane mode, but not tried it myself,
Edit, seems that also switches WiFi off, so you then need to switch it back on.

Just whacked it onto airplane mode and turned WiFi back on and it’s making calls, I suppose it’s WiFi calling but the phone doesn’t have the WiFi banner scrolling on the screen so thank you for that, I will try doing that at home now , I would have thought that the WiFi banner would show but maybe it doesn’t on EE phones as it does on my works vodaphone
thanks for your support tonight and I will see how it goes👍👍

I did not have the WiFi calling banner on my iPhone 11 when I just tried it - but it did work.
NP, glad it got you sorted.
